My lunch today:

2 mini sandwiches on whole wheat with hummus, avocado, raw spinach, and raw arugula.
I am swimming in delight, spinning on my office chair. I love arugula because it’s so peppery.
My lunch today from Pluto’s in downtown Palo Alto, California.
Turkey/cranberry/grilled onions/pepperchinis on wheat bread.
Probably around 500-600 cals, though I’m not sure.
Oh well, it’s fucking delicious!
