30 Day Shred? LET’S DO IT.

Hi guise! I’m seriously frustrated with myself. I’ve been wanting to complete the 30 Day Shred for like… 6 months. I start off great, but always end up skipping a day and being too lazy to start over. Grumble! Would anyone like to band together and encourage completion? Please let me know! I’m really excited to get my best body for summer, and together I know we can do it! I’m going to take some “before” shots when I get off work :)?

Breakfast

Fiber toast with PB!

Lunch

Flaxseed wrap with red pepper hummus, sliced avocado, arugula and spinach. I only ate half though (see earlier coffee post D:)

After-Work Craving/Snack

Handful of almonds.

Dinner

Whole wheat tortilla with scrambled egg, spinach, sharp cheddar cheese and mild salsa

After Kickboxing Food

Glass of 2% milk with chocolate syrup. (and a bite of an easter egg shaped Reese’s mini thing. I don’t remember these things being so salty. Bleck!)

I don’t like that my coffee is suppressing my appetite.

I need energy for kickboxing tonight and I seriously can’t finish my healthy lunch. What the what, man. I’m so sorry, avocado wrap… I can’t love you the way I always do D:

BBQ Lunch! Grilled chicken sausages with a hotdog bun and some mustard, a few bites of nachos with black beans and diced tomatoes

A square of super dark chocolate

Dinner

My parents brought me leftover steak (mmm) with green beans and half a baked pear topped with crumbled gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries, and walnuts.

Dessert

Nothing… I feel really full after my meals today!
